All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an item has been shipped. Do not return your purchase to The KIND Institute.

Canceling Your Order & Refunds

Orders may be canceled, and purchase price refunded, prior to shipping by emailing info@kindinstitute.org or by calling +1 609-203-1876. If no one answers, please leave a voicemail with your name, telephone number, and order confirmation number.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you once we grant the refund; however, we are unable to update you on the status of that refund beyond that point.

Refunds on canceled orders may be subject to fees by our payment processor.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. Often, there is processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kindinstitute.org.

Replacement POLICY

Due to each piece of art being a unique item, we are unable to offer replacements for lost or broken items. You will need to contact the carrier, file a claim, and ask for compensation from the carrier.

Receipt of The Wrong Item

In the event you receive the incorrect item, you should contact The KIND Institute as soon as you receive the item by emailing us at info@kindinstitute.org or by calling +1 609-203-1876.

If no one answers, please leave a voicemail with your name, telephone number, and order confirmation number. Each item is a unique work of art and we will be happy to fix this situation to the best of our ability, compensating for return shipping as needed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
